There will be waitlists for the groups not currently on the rotation. We will then call you when the group has enough members registered to begin.

Anxiety

Worry. Overthinking. What-ifs. You're not alone - and neither is your child.

Our tween anxiety group is a supportive, play based therapy group designed to help kids ages 9-12 learn practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, and connect with peers who get it. Through games, creative expression, and guided activities, tweens learn how to calm their mind and feel more in control of their emotions.

Led by a licensed therapist, this group offers a safe space for growth, self-expression, and real change.

The Real Ones

Healthy Friendships & Relationships

Navigating friendships, dating, and social pressure can be overwhelming for teens. This group creates a space where adolescents can explore what it means to have healthy, respectful, and balanced relationships - starting with themselves.

Through guided discussion, activities, and real-life scenarios, teens will learn:

  • How to set boundaries

  • What healthy vs. unhealthy relationships look like

  • How to communicate openly and respectfully

  • How to handle peer pressure and conflict

  • How self-esteem impacts relationships

One Day at a Time (ODAT)

Substance Recovery

This supportive therapy group is designed for teens navigating the challenges of substance use and recovery. Through guided discussions, skill-building, and connections with peers, participants explore healthier coping strategies, rebuild self-esteem, and gain tools for long-term recovery. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, teens can share their stories, set goals, and rediscover who they are - beyond the struggle.

Our narrative group therapy invites teens to explore their experiences through storytelling, creativity, and connection. This group helps adolescents externalize problems, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of identity in a safe, supportive space. Through guided discussions, writing, and expressive activities, participants learn to see themselves not as the problem - but as the authors of their own stories.

Sometimes it's hard for teens to find the words - but art can speak volumes.

Our Art Therapy Group gives adolescents a creative outlet to explore their emotions, reduce stress, and build self-awareness in a safe, supportive space. No artistic talent required - just a willingness to express and explore.

Through guided projects and meaningful reflection, teens will:

  • Express emotions without judgment

  • Improve emotional regulation and coping skills
