Worry. Overthinking. What-ifs. You're not alone - and neither is your child.

Our tween anxiety group is a supportive, play based therapy group designed to help kids ages 9-12 learn practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, and connect with peers who get it. Through games, creative expression, and guided activities, tweens learn how to calm their mind and feel more in control of their emotions.

Led by a licensed therapist, this group offers a safe space for growth, self-expression, and real change.
