I accept BCBS, United Health Care, Cigna and Optum insurance!!

I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna and Optum insurance.

If you are seeking therapy and do not have an insurance provider that I am in-network with, I can give you a "superbill" which you can then turn into your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please reach out to your insurance provider to determine their out-of-network reimbursement rate.

If you'd like to use private pay for your session, there are also advantages to that. You get full control over your treatment and more privacy, as insurance requires sharing your mental health records and a formal diagnosis, which becomes part of your permanent medical record. Insurance won't cover therapy without a clinical diagnosis.

Family Therapy:
$225/hour

Co-Parenting:
$250/hour

Case Management/Letter Writing:
$50/hour
